Constructed of bronzed magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of a shield bearing a map of Crimea and southern Ukraine, topped by Wehrmacht eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, flanked by dates 1941 1942, the reverse with fll four attachment prongs intact, unmarked, measuring 51. 37 mm (w) x 60. 66 mm (h), missing its backplate and branch determining wool liner, in near extremely fine condition.
