An HJ Proficiency Badge, Silver Grade, constructed of silvered feinzink, the obverse consisting of a Tyr rune, bearing a central mobile swastika, situated within a circular ring bearing a raised inscription of FR LEISTUNGEN IN DER H. J. (FOR PROFICIENCY IN THE H. J.), the reverse with a vertical pinback, stamped with an award number of 248491, also marked with a Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker
