This is a great example of a German SS Totenkopf Skull insignia in a seldom seen variation. The skull is on a trapezoidal shaped piece of cloth, stitched in the famous Bevo style. The skull measures 37mm x 30mm, and the style of folding over on the reverse side as well as the stitching is correct for the period.
