This is an exceptionally rare WWII 1943 dated bush hat. The left side of the hat has a lovely Australian Commonwealth Military Forces badge, which shows the rising sun of Australia shining behind a crown. It is attached by a pin on the back, and shows no signs of having been added post WWII.
