A 1939 National Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, Bronze Grade, by Hermann Aurich consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac reading “F 17”(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1939). Constructed of patinated bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath surrounding a white enameled disc, bearing a raised German national eagle clutching a cogwheel defaced by an enameled HJ insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of KREISSIEGER 1939 (DISTRICT CHAMPION 1939), maker marked H. AURICH, DRESDEN A. 16 for the firm of Hermann Aurich,
