Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of an oval oak leaf wreath, joined at the top by a black enameled medallion bearing a silver number 25, overlaid by a shield bearing a black enameled Kyffhuser Monument on a white background, above a NSDAP style German national flag, unmarked, measuring 24 mm (w) x 32 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
