Original Rare German M-1898/02 Pioneer Sawback Bayonet & Scabbard Sterling SMG the regiment was amalgamated withOriginal Item: Only One Available. These bayonet are literally like finding Hen's Teeth today! This is a magnificent example made by C. G. HAENEL, SUHL and issued in 1905 as indicated on the spine of the massive blade. Much larger than the later M98 05 Butcher Bayonet this has a 17 inch blade, 1. 25 inches wide at the cross guard and is heavily Sawbacked to within 3 inches of the blade tip.
