Seibel, Besteckfabrik (cutlery factory) in Mettmann, Rheinland, a known maker of German WWII cutlery. Their trademark "Four Leaf Clover logo is on all three pieces, as well as OXYDEX ROSTFREI (Oxydex Rust Free). They are also marked ORIGINAL OLYMPIA, and with the doppelte Siegrune (Double Sig Victory Rune)
