These could be hung vertically or horizontally, and were displayed on buildings, on podiums during speeches, or sometimes even hung up at camps. It looks to be of all cotton construction, and is double sided with a single piece cotton white circles with black Swasen (Hook Crosses) dyed onto both sides.
