These are genuine aluminum 2nd Pattern NSKK Crash Helmet eagles in NOS (New Old Stock) condition. They were captured and brought home from Europe by a member of the 507th Parachute Infantry Regiment named (Willy) Guido D'Amario. The helmets were officially called the Sturzhelm nach Vorschrift des NSKK (Crash Helmet according to NSKK regulations). The Front center of helmet featured a
