Nonetheless I have found so many of these to be enchanting based on the spectacular purity of their fruit qualities, both red and black. PETERNELSONs note perfectly describes my experience with it on Day 1. Day 2 (merely stoppered up, no Argon or chilling) revealed a more structured wine, as if it was a slightly older vintage that was still showing ample
