Constructed of a light bronzed alloy, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms and ribbed borders, joined through the quadrants by stylized rays, the obverse bearing a central circular oak leaf wreath overlaid by a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, the
