A Panzer Personnel Marksmanship Lanyard, consisting of an aluminum insignia in the form of an oval oak wreath tied together at the base, topped by a Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, around a central Panzer set over a hollow background, affixed with only one prong to a lanyard constructed of multiple rows of twisted and rolled silver
