It has a high waist, black and green striped iridescent pleated taffeta skirt with lace trim on the hem, and a black knit low scoop neck bodice. The dress has a slight high low hem, long sleeves with hook and eye closures and black metal zippers. This beautiful dress closes with a black metal zipper and a hook and eye closure down the center back seam. We obtained this
