Alta Alella 'Etiris GX' Garnatxa Alella, 2024 dogfish head introducing and packaging Grappa inThis wine is 100% Garnatxa Negre, grown on sandy granitic soils in Catalunya, Spain. The grapes macerate and ferment for just over two weeks at ambient air temperatures to extract as much fruit and aroma as possible. Gentle pressing and malolactic fermentation in vats before bottling. This Garnatxa is silky, with lovely strawberry and cherry fruit and very smooth, soft tannins. Pair it with grilled octopus and potatoes, fresh garden salads, or a
