This is a very nice service used example of a Luftwaffe summer weight HBT field cap, with a great "broken in" look. The cap is constructed with a single layer of white HBT fabric, which suggests issue to Division Hermann Gring, whose corps color and field uniforms were often a white color. The lightweight design lacks the faux fold down scallop seen on the M43 series of caps. It also seems to only have a thick fabric
