Germany, Rlb. A National Air Raid Protection League Dress Bayonet, By E. & F. Hörster Archive Second War period manufacture modified(Reichsluftschutzbund Bajonett). A well preserved Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB) National Air Raid Protection League dress bayonet, measuring 355 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 205 mm long polished magnetic steel blade with a sharpened tip and low edge. A narrow fuller runs approximately two thirds the length of both the obverse and reverse of the blade. The obverse ricasso is maker marked with the logo of E. & F.
