Poderi Cellario 'È' Orange, N/V (1L) greek son of the late AlainThis wine is made of Nascetta & Moscato (Muscat). The Moscato adds a touch of fruitiness that would match this wine perfectly with slightly spicy dishes like Chana Masala or Jerk Chicken, but it can also go great with a bitter and sweet radicchio salad. Unfined and unfiltered with very minimal sulfites and spontaneous fermentation, this wine is such a clean treat.
