Dr. Terron Hosten is the Medical Director and Co-owner of Fit for Life Medical Services, where he provides specialized surgical care to his patients. He is a Medical Doctor who graduated with an Honors and a Master’s in General Surgery.

Dr. Hosten also serves as an Assistant Professor of Surgery, Clerkship Director, and Clinical Preceptor at St. George’s University (SGU). In addition, he holds the position of Registrar and General Surgeon at the General Hospital in Grenada.

At SGU, his primary teaching responsibilities include bedside instruction, leading small group sessions, and contributing to the Department of Surgery.

His current research focuses on advancements in the management of inflammatory bowel disease.

Mr. Cecil M. D. Mitchell R.Ph, MHM, MBA

Mr. Cecil Mark Desmond Mitchell is the Managing Director and Owner of Mitchell’s Health & Wellness Pharmacies, as well as the co-owner of Fit for Life Medical Services and Emporio Grenada Ltd.

As a registered pharmacist, he has also pursued studies in fitness and nutrition and holds certification as a Wellness Consultant. With years of experience owning and operating businesses in the health, wellness, and fitness sectors, he was inspired to further his education in the field. This led him to earn a Master’s degree in Multi Sector Health Management from St. George’s University in 2020.

His deep passion for health, wellness, fitness, and his genuine care for people continues to inspire his work.

Ruth Bain-Augustine has been a valued member of Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family since December 1st, 2020, with the position of Administrative Executive. She is a natural planner with a keen eye for detail and brings strong organizational skills and creativity to her role.

Outside the office, she channels her natural talent into graphic design and creating custom packages for special occasions. A true lover of all things’ art and design, Ruth blends professionalism with creative passion in everything she does.

Carvelle Clyne-Compton has been a valued member of Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family in May 2021 as an Administrative Assistant. She is known for her exceptional interpersonal skills and her ability to create a welcoming, supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Carvelle’s warm personality shines through in her love for animals and her natural talent for making others laugh, helping to foster a positive atmosphere throughout the workplace.

Rhonella Lewis joined Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family on January 27th, 2025, bringing creativity and efficiency to her role as an Accounts Clerk. Known for her ability to design eye-catching posters and complete tasks promptly, she adds both skill and enthusiasm to the workplace.

Rhonella is passionate about pursuing a career in accounting and, in her free time, enjoys hiking, playing the steel pan, and drawing.

Zeria Coutain joined Fit for Life Medical Services and Mitchell’s Health and Wellness family on February 5th, 2025, as an Accounts Clerk. With strong skills in accounting and cash handling, she plays a key role in ensuring that financial operations run smoothly within the organization.

Beyond her professional expertise, Zeria is passionate about sewing and crocheting, and she enjoys spending her free time fishing and exploring new adventures.

Neisha Antoine began her career in 2016 as a cashier at Mitchell's Health and Wellness Pharmacy. Later that same year, on July 17th, she became one of the foundation members of Fit for Life Medical Services, stepping into the role of receptionist.

Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Neisha delivers exceptional customer service, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed and cared for. She enjoys connecting with others.

Outside of work, she loves to travel and meet new people - experiences that enrich her interpersonal strengths on the job.

Sammisha Elcock joined the Fit for Life Medical Services family on May 15th, 2024, as a receptionist. With a strong background in customer service and a team-oriented mindset, she helps create a welcoming and efficient environment for both clients and staff.

Outside of work, Sammisha is passionate about fitness and enjoys staying active through sports such as basketball and netball.

Danique Phillip joined the Fit for Life Medical Services family in June 2024, as a receptionist. Driven by her passion for healthcare, Danique chose to pursue her dream of becoming a nurse.

She is currently a Nurse-in-Training with dedication and focus. With a background in accounting, she also brings attention to detail and organization to her administrative duties. She is very passionate about pursuing her goal of becoming a nurse.

Danique enjoys reading and nurturing her love for healthcare.

Angie Morain joined the Fit for Life Medical Services family as an Eye Clinic Administrator in July 2024.

With a solid background in administration and experience as an assistant manager, Angie also holds certification in accounting, making her a well-rounded asset to the clinic’s operations.

Her work is guided by a deep passion for ministry in Christ, which inspires her commitment to service, integrity, and compassionate care.

Ermintrude Charles has been a dedicated and loyal member of the Fit for Life Medical Services team since its early days as Fit for Life Health Club.

As our long-standing custodian, she has consistently gone above and beyond her role, always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Whether stepping in to answer phones, assist customers in the absence of the receptionist, or help organize and pack away items, Ermintrude's reliability and willingness to support her colleagues have made her an invaluable part of our team.

Her commitment and helpful spirit continue to contribute greatly to the smooth operation of our practice.

Candice DeAllie joined the Fit for Life Medical Services family in September 11th, 2023. Known for her warm approach and reliability, she brings strong skills in customer service and a creative eye for designing posters that brighten up our space and connect with our community.

Outside of work, Candice is all about staying active and engaged - she loves hitting the gym and is always the first to volunteer when something needs to be done.

Her energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive, can-do spirit to every challenge, make her a go-to teammate for just about everything!

Leon Morain has been a devoted driver and office attendant for Mitchell’s Health and Wellness Pharmacy and Fit for Life Medical Services since June 1, 2021. Recognized for his reliability and exceptional customer service, Leon plays an integral role in ensuring that the coordination of operations between the pharmacy and medical facility runs smoothly.

Driven by a passion for helping others, he consistently goes above and beyond to support both colleagues and clients, contributing significantly to the shared mission of promoting health and wellness within the community.
